Ingredients

• 6 apples
• 150 g sugar
• 80 g butter
• 1 puff pastry
• Vanilla

Method

1. Make a caramel with the sugar and butter in a tin.
2. Arrange the cut apples on the caramel.
3. Cover with puff pastry, tucking in the edges.
4. Bake at 190 °C 30 min, then flip while warm.
