Ingredients

• 1 kg potatoes
• 300 g kale
• 2 smoked sausages
• 1 onion
• Milk, butter
• Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Method

1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Cook the sausages; sauté the kale.
3. Mash the potatoes with milk and butter, stir in the kale.
4. Serve with the sliced sausages.
