Ingredients

• 150 g dark chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 6 eggs
• 120 g flour
• Apricot jam
• Chocolate glaze

Method

1. Melt the chocolate, cream butter and sugar with the yolks.
2. Fold in the flour and whipped whites.
3. Bake at 170 °C 40 min; slice and spread apricot jam.
4. Coat with a smooth chocolate glaze.
