🍲 Meatball stew

Ingredients

• 500 g ground pork
• 300 g ground beef
• 1 onion
• Roasted flour (to thicken)
• Cinnamon, clove
• Stock
• Potatoes

Method

1. Form meatballs with the meats, onion and spices.
2. Brown them, set aside.
3. Make a brown gravy with the roasted flour and stock.
4. Simmer the meatballs 45 min; serve with potatoes.
