🍮 Pavlova

Ingredients

• 4 egg whites
• 200 g sugar
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 300 ml whipped cream
• Berries (strawberries)

Method

1. Whip the whites into a meringue with sugar, cornstarch and vinegar.
2. Form a disc and bake at 120 °C ~1 h 15, then cool in the oven.
3. Top with whipped cream.
4. Arrange the berries on top.
