🍖 Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 700 g ground beef
• 1 onion
• 1 egg
• 80 g breadcrumbs
• Ketchup, Worcestershire
• Garlic, herbs
• Glaze: ketchup + brown sugar

Method

1. Mix meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings.
2. Form a loaf in a tin.
3. Brush with the ketchup glaze.
4. Bake at 180 °C ~50 min; let rest.
