Ingredients

• 150 g flour
• 250 ml milk
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar
• Raisins
• Butter
• Icing sugar, compote

Method

1. Make a thick pancake batter, fold in whipped whites.
2. Pour into a buttered pan with the raisins.
3. Tear the sweet pancake into pieces and caramelise.
4. Dust with icing sugar; serve with a compote.
