🍰 Fraisier (strawberry cake)

Ingredients

• Sponge: eggs, sugar, flour
• Mousseline cream: milk, yolks, sugar, butter
• 500 g strawberries
• Syrup, vanilla
• Marzipan (decoration)

Method

1. Make a sponge and a vanilla mousseline cream.
2. Arrange the cut strawberries around a ring.
3. Layer sponge, cream and strawberries.
4. Smooth, decorate with marzipan; chill.
