🍓 Eton mess

Ingredients

• 4 meringues
• 300 ml whipped cream
• 300 g strawberries
• 1 tbsp sugar
• A little lemon

Method

1. Crush some of the strawberries with the sugar into a coulis.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Break the meringues into pieces.
4. Roughly fold meringues, cream and strawberries; serve at once.
