🍝 One-pan ham and comté pasta shells
Ingredients
- 200 g small pasta shells
- 4 slices of ham
- 150 ml single cream
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 100 g grated comté
- 30 g parmesan
Method
- Cut the ham into strips and grate the comté.
- Put the RAW pasta, ham, stock, cream and comté straight into a pan: the pasta cooks in the liquid, and its starch is what thickens the sauce.
- Stir, cover, and cook 10 to 15 min over low to medium heat, stirring now and then.
- When the pasta is done to your liking, add the parmesan.
- Stir once more to bring the sauce together, and serve straight away.
