🍸 White Negroni

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml Suze (gentian liqueur)
• 30 ml blanc vermouth
• Lemon twist
• Ice

Method

1. Add the gin, Suze and blanc vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass over one large ice cube.
4. Express a lemon twist over the glass.
5. Drop the twist in and serve.
