Ingredients

• 60 ml whisky (bourbon)
• 1 sugar cube
• A few dashes of Angostura
• Orange zest
• Ice

Method

1. Soak the sugar with Angostura in the glass.
2. Add the whisky and a large ice cube.
3. Stir gently.
4. Express the orange zest and drop it in.
