☕ Irish coffee

Ingredients

• 1 hot coffee
• 40 ml Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• Lightly whipped cream

Method

1. Warm a glass, dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee.
2. Add the whiskey and stir.
3. Gently float the cream over the back of a spoon.
