🍏 Italian Apple & Pear Cake

Ingredients

• 2 apples
• 2 pears
• 200 g flour
• 3 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g melted butter
• 50 g raisins
• 1 tsp baking powder

Method

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until pale.
2. Add the melted butter, then the flour and baking powder.
3. Fold in the diced apples and pears and the raisins.
4. Pour into a tin.
5. Bake at 175°C for about 45 min.
