🍫 Molten chocolate fondant

Ingredients

• 200 g dark chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 50 g flour

Method

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar, add the chocolate.
3. Fold in the flour.
4. Bake in ramekins at 200 °C ~10 min: molten centre.
