🍫 Chocolate loaf cake

Ingredients

• 150 g dark chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 100 g flour
• 50 g ground almonds
• Baking powder

Method

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar, add the chocolate.
3. Fold in flour, almonds and baking powder.
4. Bake in a loaf tin at 160 °C ~45 min.
