Ingredients

• 200 g dark chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 80 g flour
• Walnuts (optional)

Method

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the chocolate.
3. Fold in the flour (and walnuts).
4. Bake at 180 °C 20–25 min: still gooey in the middle.
