• 90 ml prosecco
• 60 ml Aperol
• 30 ml sparkling water
• Ice
• Orange slice

Method

1. Fill a large glass with ice.
2. Pour the prosecco then the Aperol.
3. Add a splash of sparkling water.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
