☕ Affogato

Ingredients

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 30 ml very hot espresso
• 1 tsp amaretto (optional)
• Chocolate shavings

Method

1. Put the vanilla ice cream scoops in a chilled glass or coupe.
2. Pull a hot, strong espresso.
3. Pour it directly over the ice cream as you serve.
4. Add a splash of amaretto if desired.
5. Scatter with chocolate shavings and serve immediately with a spoon.
